Our creche service can be fully adapted to work around your event and the space within which you are working. We can either set up a play space within your reception room or a stand-alone creche in an additional room within the venue.

Supervised Play Space

We can provide a play set up within your reception area to provide supervised childcare for the duration of your event. This will be staffed by a minimum of 2 members of staff.

The cost for this package starts at £250, which includes;

3 hours childcare (plus 30 mins before and after to set up/tidy)

Stand Alone Creche

Alternatively, you may choose to have a stand alone creche set up. This set up would be staffed by a minimum of 3 members of staff.

The cost for this package starts at £300, which includes;

3 hours childcare (plus 30 mins before and after to set up/tidy)

Babysitting

If there are some guests who would prefer to have a babysitting service provided, as an alternative to the creche facility, we are able to provide staff for this.

This would be charged on an hourly basis, starting at £12 per hour, and will increase to £15 per hour after midnight.

Staffing

Each event will have a minimum staff level based on our set up location, this is detailed in the information above.

Additional staffing will be determined based on how many children there will be, their ages and individual needs. This will all be discussed in detail with yourself before your booking is finalised.

Travel

When providing a quote for your event, we will add charges to cover our travel costs to and from your venue. Depending on the staffing numbers, we may be required to travel in more than 1 vehicle, which would be reflected within the quote price.
